福建木偶戏后继人才培养计划

联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》分“人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录”“急需保护的非物质文化遗产名录”和“保护非物质文化遗产优秀实践名册”三个保护序列。福建木偶戏后继人才培养计划入选优秀实践名册，实现了中国在“非遗”保护领域的“大满贯”。

福建木偶戏主要分为提线木偶和掌中木偶两种。

福建木偶戏后继人才培养计划主要包括计划主要包括：采用学校教育、师傅带徒、剧团培训等方式，培养木偶戏传承人；推进“木偶戏进校园、进社区”，普及木偶戏知识；编写木偶戏教材、普及读物，制作音像制品等。

2012年12月4日于法国巴黎举行的联合国教科文组织相关会议上，成功入选“保护非物质文化遗产优秀实践名册”，成为全球10项优秀实践名册项目之一，也实现了中国在联合国教科文组织优秀实践名册项目零的突破。

The UNESCO Convention on the Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage consists of three conservative sequences: the list of representative works of the intangible cultural heritage of mankind, the list of intangible cultural heritage urgently in need of protection and the list of excellent practices for the protection of the intangible cultural heritage. Fujian Puppet Show Successor Talents Training Program was selected into the list of excellent practices, which realized the "Grand Slam" in the field of "non-heritage" protection in China.

Fujian puppet show is mainly divided into two types: line puppet and palm puppet.

Fujian Puppet Show Successor Talents Training Program mainly includes: using school education, teachers and apprentices, troupe training and other ways to train puppet show successors; promoting "puppet show into the campus, into the community", popularizing puppet show knowledge; compiling puppet show textbooks, popular reading materials, production of audio-visual products.Quanzhou puppet show successor talent training program mainly includes: school education, master apprenticeship, troupe training and other ways to train puppet show successors; promote "puppet show into the campus, into the community", popularize knowledge of puppet show; compile puppet show teaching materials, popular reading materials, production of audio and video products.

At the relevant UNESCO meeting held in Paris, France, on December 4, 2012, it was successfully selected into the "List of Excellent Practices for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage", which has become one of the 10 outstanding practices in the world, and has also achieved a breakthrough in China's "List of Excellent Practices" project of UNESCO.
