Semeiskie is an ancient group of believers in Russia, living in the remote special Lance Bekaa. They formed a social group in Russia, which was a combination of religious beliefs, and had their own unique cultural elements and community consciousness. Semeiskie, who means "living as a family", is a group of "Old Believers" who faithfully believe in the Orthodox Church 17th century ago. They have a history of oppression, persecution and exile. After the 17th century Orthodox division, they were first subjected to orthodox churches and then to the shock of the Soviet regime. During the reign of Empress Caterina, they were placed in Siberia, where the culture of the original region and the old Russian way of life were preserved in this inaccessible place. The language they use is a Russian southern dialect mixed with Belarus, Ukraine and Buryatia. Lifestyle features are manifested in family worship, strict ethics, traditional clothing, unique accommodation and decoration. Every family celebration and folk Festival, they organize choirs to sing songs from medieval Russian worship music, the elongated sound of these songs, which is a unique example of polyphonic songs.
